Welcome to George Gankas Golf's Online Golf Academy. By subscribing to our membership plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Definition: Lifetime Membership grants access to the Online Golf Academy for the lifetime of the member or until George Gankas Golf ceases to operate the service, whichever is shorter.
Scope: Includes all current and future video content, member-exclusive events, and dedicated customer support.
Definition: Monthly Membership requires 12 monthly payments to fulfill a one-year subscription commitment.
Scope: Includes all video content, member-exclusive events, and dedicated customer support.
Renewal: After the initial 12-month period, the membership renews automatically on a monthly basis until canceled by the member.
Definition: Yearly Membership renews every 365 days.
Scope: Includes all video content, member-exclusive events, and dedicated customer support.
Monthly Membership: Billed monthly for 12 consecutive months to complete a one-year subscription commitment. After the initial 12 months, billing continues monthly until cancellation.
Yearly Membership: Billed annually on the subscription date.
Lifetime Membership: One-time payment at the time of subscription.
All memberships (Lifetime, Monthly, and Yearly) are non-refundable once the program has started.
George Gankas Golf reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue certain elements of the service. Members will be notified of significant changes.
Subscribers must adhere to the conduct guidelines set forth by George Gankas Golf. Sharing login credentials or misuse of content may result in termination of the membership.
In the event that George Gankas Golf ceases operations, Lifetime Members will be notified at least 30 days in advance. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the Lifetime Membership.
All memberships (Lifetime, Monthly, and Yearly) are non-transferable and are intended for the sole use of the registered member.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ventura County, California.

This is a one year subscription that is paid for in the form of 12 successful monthly payments. Once the 12 payments are made successfully, the subscription is now month to month.
After 12 successful payments the cancel membership button automatically activates and you can cancel yourself whenever you like or continue to be a member. If canceled, you will have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle. To reference the 12 required payments, you can always see your payments made in your Account under the Payment History tab.
For all monthly plans we have a Freeze option that allows you to disable the subscription for 3 months. This is a one time 3 month pause on billing and access to the subscription. Your plan will automatically continue after the 3 months are up. The months during the freeze do not count towards your 12 required payments.
Once any content has been started within this program there is no refunds granted.
This is a one year subscription that is paid for in the form of one yearly payment. You have full control over your subscription in your Account under the Manage Subscription tab. Once a yearly member signs up they have an auto renewal date, on the date they signed up, that is set to bill on said date. The renewal rate is $429, a $70 discount off of the standard Yearly rate.
As mentioned above, once you sign up your subscription renewal date is set to renew automatically the next year on the date you signed up. Anybody who does not want to renew are able to cancel their subscription renewal at any point during thr year and still have access up to the renewal date displayed in your Manage Subscription tab.
